For all first-time purchases, we provide an unconditional 100-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If our products don't meet your expectations within this period, we promise a hassle-free refund or exchange. For subsequent purchases, we extend a 30-day money-back assurance.

Initiating a Refund:

  1. Obtain an R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by contacting us.
  2. Send back the unused portion—whether it's a nearly full container or just empty bottles—in a padded envelope.
  3. Include a copy of your Myochem invoice, the R.M.A. number, and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.

R.M.A. Process:

To secure an R.M.A. number, simply reach out to us via call or email. Once authorized, ensure you return the product in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, the R.M.A. number, and your reason for the return. Upon receiving the product, we'll process a refund or exchange based on your preference. Refund requests initiated after 100 days from the purchase date will not be entertained. Refunds cover the purchase price and exclude any shipping costs. Kindly allow 4-6 weeks for cash refunds to be processed. Note that our 100-100 Commitment excludes product samples, apparel, and any books or videos.

Important: We must receive the product before any refunds or exchanges are processed.
