Organic Lion’s Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus)
Hericium erinaceus, or commonly called Lion’s Mane, is a type of medicinal mushroom commonly used in traditional medicine.1 Lion’s Mane contains various bioactive compounds understood to support nerve growth factor, a protein that promotes the survival of healthy neurons in the brain. By supporting neurons and synapses, nerve growth factor can enhance memory, cognitive function2 and may help to slow degeneration through aging or illness.
L-Tyrosine
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid – a building block of a protein – and is also a precursor of key neurochemicals dopamine and norepinephrine3. L-Tyroise may help to support levels of these neurochemicals in the brain, which in turn can support the function of active neurons. Supporting the synthesis of these key neurochemicals in the brain can support neuron function, even in challenging or stressful situations. In this way, L-Tyrosine has been linked with mental performance, alertness and memory.
Alpha GPC 50% (Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline)
Alpha GPC, or Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline is a compound created when certain fatty acids in food are broken down but is also often used in supplement form. Alpha GPC may increase levels of a chemical called acetylcholine in the brain, which plays a role in memory and learning.4 Alpha GPC has also been tested and used in relation to Alzheimer’s and cognitive decline, and may be protective against some forms of cognitive decline5.
L-Theanine
L-Theanine is another type of amino acid that is not commonly consumed in the diet, but is one of the active components of green tea. Research has shown the L-Theanine crosses the blood-brain barrier shortly after consumption6. L-Theanine may also support increased levels of serotonin, dopamine and GABA in the brain, all neurochemicals that play a role in mood and relaxation7.
Mucana Pruriens Extract
Mucana Pruriens is also called velvet bean and is a type of tropical legume grown on trees in tropical regions. Mucana Pruriens contains an active ingredient known as L-Dopa, a precursor to dopamine that may support increased levels of the chemical in the brain. Mucana Pruriens is also understood to have anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties, and preliminary evidence suggests it may offer neuroprotective and cognitive benefits8.
Phosphatidylserine
Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid, which is a fatty substance that helps cover cells in the brain and allows them to transmit messages from what neuron to another. This phospholipid is required for healthy nerve cells and myelin, a fatty later that wraps around nerves that allows electrical signals to travel between nerves. Phosphatidylserine may help to improve memory, and helps to protect healthy brain cells from deterioration9.
Yerba Mate Extract
Yerba Mate Extract is another component found prominently in green tea. Yerba mate contains polyphenols, which are rich in antioxidants as well as caffeine which produces a stimulant effect. The high antioxidant level in yerba mate can help protect against inflammation and oxidative stress that may cause neurodegeneration or cognitive decline10,11.
Theobromine
Theobromine is a component of the cacao plant and can be found in chocolate and can also be used for its health benefits. Theobromine is often found in combination with caffeine in nature and supplements, but also provides benefits on its own. Theobromine may support learning, cognitive performance and also protect against aging effects on the brain12.
Vinpocetine
Vinpocetine is substance from the Periwinkle plant often used for medicinal and health purposes. The substance has various anti-inflammatory qualities and may also support neuronal plasticity13. Neuronal plasticity allows neurons in the brain to change in response to their environment, and can support learning, memory and cognitive performance.
Vitamin B6 Pyridoxine HCL and Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin
B vitamins are important to human health and play a role in energy production. B vitamins have also been linked to the health of the brain. More specifically, B vitamins interact with a chemical called homocysteine, which has been linked with problems like cognitive decline or brain atrophy. B vitamins may help to regulate or lower homocysteine levels, which can protect the brain from cognitive impairment and support memory and cognitive performance14,15.
Our Reviews

Jim S
The increased concentration that I've gotten from it has helped me keep a level head and focus on my task at hand while being able to mentally keep my checklist of my next matters that need to be addressed. My friends and coworkers see the improvement as well. I must say, I am very impressed and will continue to take it!

Tim M
This supplement has been amazing for me! I actually feel like getting stuff done that needs to be done instead of putting things off because I'm feeling exhausted either physically or emotionally or both. My overall mood and headspace is soooo much better too. This one will be a keeper in my supplement routine for sure!
